Emily Coubrough will start at number eight after an impressive Celtic Challenge season for Lindsey Smith’s squad, having played all 800 minutes of the 10-match campaign.
The back-rower has started all 19 of her appearances for the Warriors since making her debut for the club in December 2024, becoming a fixture in the Glasgow pack across the last two seasons.
Two of her club-mates will also make their first senior appearance in the dark blue jersey this Saturday, with Holland Bogan selected in a Scotland matchday 23 for the first time in her career after being handed the number 19 jersey.
A perennial standout performer in Glasgow colours, Bogan’s tally of five tries saw her finish the campaign as the club’s joint-top try-scorer in 2025/26, in addition to making more carries than any other Warrior across the competition.
Rianna Darroch rounds out the trio of Glasgow Warriors set to make their debuts this weekend, after being named alongside Bogan amongst the replacements.
The Inverness-born scrum-half has caught the eye since making her debut in the 2024/25 season, providing sharp service and a tactical kicking game throughout her Celtic Challenge appearances.
Scotland open their campaign against Wales at the Principality Stadium this Saturday, with kick-off scheduled for 4.40pm.
