Arnold Clark becomes Official Car Partner of Glasgow Warriors

30 May 2025

Europe’s largest independent car retailer has become the latest addition to the Glasgow Warriors network of sponsors and partners, after Arnold Clark put pen to paper on a deal that will run until 2027.

Founded in Glasgow in 1954, the group has grown into one of the most recognisable brands across the UK, with over 200 car dealerships nationwide.

The deal will see the Arnold Clark MG logo feature on the shorts of the Glasgow Warriors men’s squad from tonight’s BKT URC Quarter Final against the DHL Stormers as well as featuring on the sleeve of the Glasgow Warriors women’s squad’s kit from the 2025/26 campaign onwards.

Speaking following the announcement, Gavin McKenzie, Group Brand Director at Arnold Clark, said: “At Arnold Clark MG, we understand the positive impact of sport. It’s something that inspires, entertains, and, most importantly, brings people together to play, to watch and to voice their support.

“We’re incredibly proud to sponsor Glasgow Warriors because it reflects our commitment to supporting both grassroots and professional rugby. This sponsorship allows us to invest in a sport that unites communities and inspires future generations.”

Glasgow Warriors Managing Director, Al Kellock, added: “Arnold Clark is an iconic brand across Scotland, the UK and Europe, and we’re extremely proud to be able to add them to our family of sponsors and partners as we approach the closing stages of the 2024/25 season.

“Arnold Clark’s passion for growing the sport across Scotland has been evident throughout any conversation we’ve had, and we believe that they are a group who fully align with what we’re looking to grow and develop here at Scotstoun.

“We look forward to working closely with them over the coming seasons, and thank them for their support of both the club and rugby in the Glasgow and Caledonia regions.”
