Cairnhill to sponsor pre-season friendly

As part of the deal, the sponsorship will also see the match broadcast live on the official Glasgow Warriors YouTube channel for those unable to make it to Old Anniesland, with supporters able to watch the match for free this Friday night.

Cairnhill are one of the country’s top engineering contractors, and although their roots as a family business have been firmly established in Scotland, the UK plays an important part of their business growth, having strategic partnerships within energy, nuclear new build and key British defence projects.

Coming on board as a partner of Glasgow Warriors during the 2025/26 season, and speaking ahead of the match, Neil Watson, Group Chief Executive of Cairnhill, said: “We’re looking forward to showing our support for Glasgow Warriors at Old Anniesland this weekend, and seeing the Warrior Nation turn out in force for the Cairnhill Pre-Season Friendly.

“With two top teams set to go head-to-head, it’s set to be an exciting match for everyone in attendance and we look forward to hearing the supporters get behind the team on Friday night.”
