Having impressed for Stirling Wolves in FOSROC Super Series action, Gregor Hiddleston first agreed a partnership contract with Glasgow Warriors during the 2022/23 season before signing a full-time deal in February 2024.
He made his professional debut in January 2024, putting in an all-action display when starting away to Exeter Chiefs in the Investec Champions Cup.
His first home outing came the following month, coming off the bench in the back-row in a 40-7 win over the Dragons at Scotstoun.
Hiddleston then scored his first try in Glasgow colours in March 2024, crossing the line in a 45-3 win away to the Scarlets.
An all-action display off the bench in round one of the 2024/25 season saw the hooker make an eye-catching 27 tackles in a 20-minute cameo away to Ulster, as well as frequently competing at the ruck.
The former Dumfries Saint’s all-action style frequently saw him amongst the top ball-carriers and try-scorers in the FOSROC Super Series, whilst his combative style at the breakdown also sees him act as a constant turnover threat.
Hiddleston also represented Scotland U20 alongside future Glasgow team-mates including Alex Samuel, Max Williamson and Euan Ferrie, and is also comfortable playing in the back-row if required.
