Prior to his switch to the Catalan outfit, the Dundee-born back-rower spent 11 years with Edinburgh after making his debut as an 18-year-old.
A former club captain, Ritchie made 133 appearances for the capital squad, scoring 10 tries across all competitions and featuring across the three back-row positions.
He then became a firm favourite with the Perpignan faithful during his season at the Stade Aime Giral, making 15 appearances and captaining the side during his time in the Top14.
Ritchie has also represented his country with distinction since making his senior Scotland debut against Canada in Edmonton on the 2018 summer tour, including captaining Gregor Townsend’s squad at the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
