Former Scotland prop Al Dickinson was appointed as Glasgow Warriors Scrum Coach in the summer of 2021, bringing a wealth of top flight experience to Scotstoun.
Capped 58 times by his country, the Dundonian has built a reputation as one of Scotland’s most promising young coaches since calling time on his playing career.
Since retiring in 2018, he has enjoyed successful spells with Scotland Women, Scotland U20s and the FOSROC Scottish Rugby Academies, utilising his experience to excellent effect.
Dickinson also impressed in a coaching capacity at Bristol Bears, turning the scrum of the Ashton Gate side into one of the most formidable in the English Premiership.
A 15-year playing career saw the former loose-head make over 200 senior appearances, breaking through at Edinburgh in 2003.
Spells at Gloucester and Sale Sharks were also part of an impressive playing CV, as well as representing Scotland at the 2007, 2011 and 2015 Rugby World Cups.
