The centre was a gold medallist at the 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games, winning the rugby 7s in a squad that also contained club-mates Fergus Watson and Matthew Urwin.
Ventisei was named captain of Scoland U20 for the 2025 U20 Six Nations, before continuing as co-captain for the World Rugby U20 Championship that summer.
His professional debut came in March 2026, starting at outside centre in a 38-17 win over a Leinster side that boasted British & Irish Lion, Robbie Henshaw, and former All Black, Rieko Ioane, as its centre pairing.
