Former Scotland U18 fly-half Dan Lancaster signed for Glasgow Warriors in the summer of 2025, linking up with the squad ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
Born in Leeds, the fly-half – who is equally comfortable in the centres – qualifies for Scotland thanks to his Dumfries-born grandmother.
His debut came in the opening match of the 2025/26 season, starting at fly-half in victory over the Hollywoodbets Sharks at Scotstoun.
His first points came courtesy of a conversion in a 49-0 victory over Dragons at Scotstoun, converting Johnny Matthews’ try.
Lancaster moved to Glasgow following a season at Racing 92, scoring 57 points in 25 appearances for the Parisian squad.
Lancaster previously represented Ealing Trailfinders and Leicester Tigers, having made his senior debut for Yorkshire Carnegie after starting out at West Park RFC at the age of seven.
The Leeds-born pivot also represented Bond University in the Queensland Premier Rugby competition, enjoying a two-season spell on Australia’s Gold Coast.
He represented Scotland at U18 level, lining up alongside future team-mates such as Jamie Dobie and Ollie Smith in the dark blue jersey.
