Angus Fraser signed his first professional contract with the club ahead of the 2022/23 season.
He was one of four academy graduates to sign professional terms with the club, having first joined the academy in 2020/21.
Fraser marked his first start for Glasgow Warriors in style, crossing for the bonus-point try – his first for the club – in a 43-25 win over Leinster in round one of the 2023/24 BKT URC.
He was then voted as the McCrea Financial Services Warrior of the Month for October 2023, the Warrior Nation recognising his efforts in a breakthrough month.
The hooker is a former recipient of the prestigious Macphail Scholarship, spending a year at Stellenbosch University in South Africa to further his rugby development.
Fraser has represented Scotland at both U18 and U20 level, having previous represented the Caledonia region through the age grades.
He is a former Dundee Eagles player – where he came through the ranks with fellow Warrior Murphy Walker – as well as having turned out for Dundee FP.
