Reusable Cups introduced at Scotstoun

25 Nov 2024

Glasgow Warriors are taking steps to reduce the number of single-use cups at Scotstoun Stadium throughout season 2024/25 with the introduction of reusable cups for supporters.

There will be three bespoke cup designs for the Warrior Nation to collect.

Getting your re-usable cups:

Buying your drinks

When you buy your first drinks you will have the option to purchase a reusable cup for £1 per cup on your order.

Returning your cup

Each time you buy a drink thereafter, when you bring back your cup you will receive a new, clean reusable cup, and your old one will be sent for washing.

You can return the cups multiple times at the same game, or at the next match you attend. When returning your cup, you’ll only be charged for the price of your drinks not another £1.

Making a difference

As well as reducing single-use plastic, through this re-useable cup scheme a donation will be made to the Fighting for our Families campaign for Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity at the end of the 2024/25 season. This will be a portion of proceeds generated by cup sales, with the remainder of the cost covering the washing and replacing of cups.

Please note: re-useable cups will only be served at main and north stand kiosks and the container bar in the East Stand Fan Zone. Decanting is still in place across the stadium and all drinks must be served in open cups.
