13 Academy players selected for FOSROC Future XV

The FOSROC Future XV brings together the next generation of Scottish players to play in the FOSROC Super Series Championship. This aims to better prepare Scotland’s players for the challenges of their future rugby careers.

Glasgow Warriors Academy  players will make up just under half of the wider 28 player squad. The 13 players selected comprise of seven forwards and six backs. Several of the players are currently taking part in the U20 World Cup and will be available for the FOSROC Future XV after Round 4.

The FOSROC Future XV will start their Super Series Championship campaign this evening, against Southern Knights at The Greenyards (7.35pm kick-off). Highlights from the match will be available on the Scottish Rugby website on Monday evening.
