SP Energy Networks Championship Semi-Final
Tuesday 18 April saw six schools return to Scotstoun for the semi-final of the SP Energy Networks Championship to compete for the chance to play in the final.
Six schools returned with multiple teams for a chance to win a space in the final of the SP Energy Networks Championship. Largs Academy, Balfron High School, Wallace High School, Marr College, Falkirk High School and Stonelaw High School had all won their respective qualification rounds and saw them return to Scotstoun for the semi-final.
It came down to the final matches of the day to determine who would be going through to the final, with Balfron and Stonelaw proving to be the strongest competitors of the day.
Balfron had to see off last year’s winners Wallace High School, in their final match in order to progress and Stonelaw won by only one game as well. This is the first time both schools have qualified for the final.
The final will take place at Scotstoun on April 15.
