1872 Cup Ticket Sale Timeline Confirmed
The sales timeline for Glasgow Warriors’ Home 1872 Cup tie v Edinburgh Rugby at Hampden Park on Saturday 20 December has been confirmed.
Last season, 27,538 supporters flocked to Glasgow’s South side to witness the Warriors running out 33-14 victors in front of a record crowd, and this year’s match promises to be even bigger and better.
Warriors Season Ticket Holders’ will have a four-week pre-sale window to purchase additional tickets compared to just 11 days last season, and General Sale tickets will also be available two months earlier than they were in the 2024.
As well as the increased ticketing window, the club continues to have positive discussions with Sodexo, the catering company at Hampden, to ensure the best possible matchday experience and the below adjustments will be made at this year’s game:
-
- Additional kiosks in the East Stand and the West Stand will be open to take volume from North Stand with the dispersion of crowds significantly reducing queue times.
- There will be specific kiosks for food or drinks only, a streamlined offering to speed up service and additional ‘Beer on Tap’ services again to reduce queue times.
- Glasgow Warriors are also exploring the option to create a Fan Zone at the stadium.
