SP Energy Networks Girls Development Day
Last Wednesday, Glasgow Warriors hosted over 60 girls from across Glasgow for a morning of rugby and STEM activities.
Following on from the Mixed event the week before, over 60 girls attended Scotstoun Stadium to take part in the SP Energy Networks Development Day. These days are designed for schools who are unable to participate in the SP Energy Networks Championship which takes place in the Spring.

The day provides valuable opportunities for schools to engage in training and game play with other schools they would not normally have the chance to play against.

The day included a behind-the-scenes tour of Scotstoun Stadium, meeting players and an interactive STEM quiz hosted by SP Energy Networks.
The event was a great success with the players demonstrating much enthusiasm and competitiveness in both the rugby and the STEM quiz.
