Food and Drinks
Our independent Scottish food and drink suppliers, all with vegan and gluten options or alternatives, for this match are:
Making their debut this week is chef led enterprise Streat Scullery, who’ll be bringing Shawarma to Scotstoun Stadium for the very first time.
Shawarmas are irresistibly tasty middle eastern wraps, served warm and generously stuffed with your choice of tasty filling.
Healthy yet substantial, options include slow cooked cumin rubbed lamb, or sweet potato falafel with halloumi fritters, or breaded coley with tahini and mint sauce for the pescatarians.
Everything is made from scratch in-house, and all of their shawarma can be served on a gluten free wrap upon request. The lamb and chicken options are halal and they also offer a vegan option.
Kids shawarmas are available for the under 12s at a reduced price.
Baffo Pizza, the pop-up pizza offering from the much loved west end restaurant of the same name, are back. They serve authentic Neapolitan style Italian wood fired pizza, and even make their own dough, cooked to a family recipe from their sleek black trailer.
They only use quality ingredients with cheese and flour imported from Italy, complemented with locally grown veg, and this local Italian family-owned business is operated by a brother and sister team.
Choose from their delicious selection of pizzas including Stornoway Black Pudding, their Vegano vegan pizza, and kid’s pizza for the under 12’s at a reduced price. Also on offer is gluten free penne pasta Napoli, plus delicious arancini; Italian street food made from risotto ball, stuffed, breaded, and fried till irresistibly crispy. For those with a sweet tooth they also offer freshly made cannoli.
Loaded Hot Dogs | Menu
Loaded Hot Dogs offer bockwurst, bratwurst, and vegan hot dogs. All with a wide selection of tasty toppings.
Hector and Harriet have your hot drinks covered with their extensive range of speciality beverages. Each one made with love by this family run independent business.
On match days Hector and Harriet will have units behind both the east and the west stands.
All their coffee is Fairtrade, with your choice of alternative milks.
Signature specialities include deluxe hot chocolate laden with marshmallows, cream, crushed Biscoff and a flake, and specialty lattes including pumpkin spice and gingerbread. Plus, delicious freshly made and vegan friendly warm churros, drizzled in the sauce of your choice, gluten free traybakes, and vegan empire biscuits!
Feeling peckish? You will be when you spot Screaming Peacock serving up delicious 100% wild game burgers, with all game sourced fresh through our family business in Fife. Choose The Screamer, wild venison burger with melted cheese, sticky fried onions and peacock sauce, or The Scratcher, Scottish pheasant with cheese and fresh coriander. Veggies and vegans are covered also with their chickpea and lentil burgers, fondly known as The Pecker, and their signature twice fried rosemary fries are vegan, gluten free, and seasoned to perfection.
