The partnership will see two of Scotland’s most recognised names unite to raise vital funds for young patients and their families, combining sport, community and hospitality for an unforgettable evening at Scotstoun Stadium on Friday 8 May 2026 as Glasgow Warriors host Cardiff in the BKT United Rugby Championship.
Plaster It Purple is the flagship occasion in the club’s Fighting For Our Families campaign, a cause that unites players, supporters, families, staff, and sponsors in support of children receiving care at Glasgow Children’s Hospital. While planning for this year’s event is underway, fans can expect plenty of off-pitch entertainment and family fun before the action begins on the field.
Cameron House Managing Director, Will Oakley, commented: “Supporting Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity through Plaster It Purple genuinely means a great deal to all of us at Cameron House.
“We’re grateful for the chance to stand alongside Glasgow Warriors and play even a small part in helping children and families across Scotland.
“Our resort has always been closely connected to the community, and we feel a real responsibility to use that position in a positive way, whether through this partnership, our fundraising efforts, or the kindness our guests show every day.
“For us, this collaboration goes beyond sponsorship; it’s about coming together to do something that truly matter”
As part of this renewed partnership, Cameron House has pledged long-term support for Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity. Glasgow Warriors players and staff will join a range of fundraising events at the luxury resort throughout the year, strengthening the shared commitment to making a difference.
Cameron House has also introduced an optional £1 donation on all room bookings since October, with all proceeds supporting the Fighting For Our Families campaign.
Guests attending the Cameron House Christmas Markets (29–30 November) will also be contributing, with £1 from every ticket going directly to the charity.
Kenny Brown, Interim Managing Director at Glasgow Warriors, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Cameron House as title sponsor for Plaster It Purple.
“Their enthusiasm and generosity are helping us build on the incredible impact this event has year after year.
“From their opt-in donations on room bookings to contributions from the Christmas Markets, Cameron House are making a real difference to our Fighting For Our Families campaign and to the vital work of Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity.”
