Bhatti to join Bath at end of season
17 Mar 2026Jamie Bhatti will leave Glasgow Warriors this summer, after the loose-head agreed to re-join Bath from the 2026/27 campaign.
The move sees the prop depart Scotstoun after recording 132 appearances to date across two stints with the club, having first made his debut in Glasgow colours in November 2016.
Bhatti racked up 47 appearances during his first spell as a Warrior, playing a vital role in the club’s run to the 2019 Guinness PRO14 Final at Celtic Park.
He returned to Scotstoun ahead of the 2021/22 season following stints at Edinburgh and Bath, scoring tries in back-to-back matches against the Hollywoodbets Sharks and Fidelity SecureDrive Lions at Scotstoun.
The Hillfoots RFC product became the 55th centurion in club history, leading out the team for his 100th appearance in February 2024.
Bhatti then started every match in Glasgow’s triumphant playoff run in the 2023/24 season, including starting in the 21-16 victory over the Vodacom Bulls at Loftus Versfeld in the BKT United Rugby Championship Grand Final.
The club wishes Bhatti the best for the future, and look forward to continuing to work with the prop for the remainder of the season.
