Horne joins Scotland coaching setup
Glasgow Warriors Assistant Coach Pete Horne has been added to the Scotland coaching setup ahead of the 2023 Guinness Six Nations.
The 33-year-old will link up with Gregor Townsend’s coaching team ahead of the opening two rounds of the 2023 tournament, joining the Scotland setup alongside his Glasgow Warriors commitments over the next fortnight.
Having won 45 caps for Scotland as a player, Horne will focus primarily on the contact area and skills, the two areas on which he has focused as part of Franco Smith’s coaching team at Scotstoun this season.
Horne joins former Glasgow Warriors coaches Townsend and John Dalziel as part of the Scotland coaching team, with the men in blue preparing to open their tournament away to England next weekend.
