Scotland U20 players, Jake Shearer, Seb Stephen and Callum Smyth will all combine in the front row. Both Shearer and Smyth are involved in the Glasgow Warriors Academy with Stephen being invited to train following the U20 Six Nations.

Jare Oguntibeju made his pro debut for Glasgow against the Scarlets in November 2024 and has signed his first Warriors Pro contract since. He will be joined in the pack by Ryan Burke and Mackenzzie Duncan. The latter who made his Warriors debut in February this year against the Dragons. Burke is a second year Academy prospect and was involved in winning World Rugby U20 Championship with Scotland last year.

Amena Caqusau and Ben Salmon play on the wings. Caqusau recently scored a hat-trick for Ayr in the Premiership final. Salmon has previously represented Glasgow Warriors A in the Super Series.

Fergus Watson completes the back three, having previously won Gold at the Commonwealth Youth Games (along with current teammates, Matt Urwin and Johnny Ventisei).

On the bench, current Academy player, Joe Roberts along with Boroughmuir prop, Callum McFeat-Smith provide front row cover. Edinburgh Academy’s Jamie Stewart, Ollie Duncan and Tom Currie join them for this weekend.

Dan Halkon, current first year Academy player and Scotland U20 completes the forward replacements on the bench.

Sean Kennedy, coach of the Youth Commonwealth Games gold winning team and current Glasgow Warrior brings experience to the side.  He is joined as backs cover by Matt Urwin and Johnny Ventisei.

Urwin and Ventisei are both Scotland U20 players and current Glasgow Warrior Academy players. The latter has captained the U20 side and both were part of the Gold Medal winning team.
