The pair are two of four changes to a matchday 23 that once again contains 14 Warriors, as Scotland look to bounce back from their opening day defeat to Italy in Rome last weekend.
McBeth’s inclusion in the front-row sees the loose-head join club colleague Zander Fagerson at the coal face, the latter set to win his 78th cap in the dark blue jersey.
Brown starts alongside Scott Cummings in the second-row, forming an all British & Irish Lions combination in the engine room.
Jack Dempsey – one of Scotland’s two try-scorers in Rome last weekend – continues at number eight, whilst Rory Darge serves as vice-captain as he starts on the openside flank.
An unchanged back-line sees Sione Tuipulotu lead the team from inside centre, dove-tailing once more with Huw Jones in the midfield as they look to continue their impressive track record of performances against England in the Guinness Six Nations.
Kyle Steyn and Jamie Dobie are once again selected on the wings, having combined for 13 tries across all competitions for Glasgow Warriors to date in 2025/26.
Four more Warriors await their opportunity amongst the replacements ahead of Saturday evening’s showdown, two of them in the pack in the form of Max Williamson and Matt Fagerson, the latter rotating to the bench after starting last time out.
George Horne – try-scorer off the bench in Rome – continues in the number 21 jersey, whilst Adam Hastings rounds out the cohort of Warriors selected for Saturday evening.
Kick-off in Edinburgh is scheduled for 4.40pm, with supporters able to watch the match live on STV and ITV.
