  • Ticketing FAQs

    Ticket Office Opening Times
If at all possible any requests, concerns and queries ticket holders may have are made by contacting the Customer Services team prior to the match. The Ticket Office itself is not open to the public on a non-event day.

What is a CAT 1 Premium Padded ticket?
A CAT 1 Premium Padded ticket is a general access ticket with a premium view and padded seat.

Where can I buy match tickets?
Tickets can only be purchased directly from Scottish Rugby website through the link provided here: https://www.eticketing.co.uk/scottishrugby/

How do I receive my match tickets?
All match tickets are delivered via the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App as part of our ongoing drive to improve access, security and sustainability on match days. Your Scottish Rugby ticketing account, through which you purchased your tickets, will link your tickets to the App using the mobile number registered to your ticketing account. Your match tickets will then be sent to the app on your device, to be scanned at the turnstiles at Hampden Park for entry into the stadium.

We encourage all ticket purchasers to download the app as soon as possible. Tickets for the match will be received by the week of the game, if you have not received your tickets to your app, please check that the mobile number on your ticketing account is correct and up to date. If you have any issues, please contact the Customer Services team by emailing [email protected].

I have a Glasgow Warriors Season Ticket – how do I enter the stadium?
Please note, although this fixture is included as part of a 25/26 Glasgow Warriors Season Ticket, passes on the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App will NOT be active. Holders can login to their account on the Scottish Rugby Online Ticket Centre to access a pre-sale window to select their seat or upgrade.

What if I don’t claim my seat?
The pre-sale window for Season Ticket Holders to select a complimentary seat or pay to upgrade is 10am on Thursday 31 July to 11.59pm on Wednesday 27 August. If a seat is not selected by the deadline, this will be allocated within your corresponding price category.

I don’t have a ticket; can I get one outside the stadium on the day?
We would encourage spectators to buy tickets in advance from the Glasgow Warriors website. Supporters should not purchase tickets from any unofficial sources prior to or on match day.

Can I buy and sell tickets anywhere else online?
Glasgow Warriors do not have an official secondary ticketing partner and therefore tickets should only be purchased from Glasgow Warriors directly through the following link: https://www.eticketing.co.uk/scottishrugby/.

Glasgow Warriors actively discourage the activities of ticket touts and any tickets for sale on known secondary ticketing websites will be investigated and those seats will be cancelled.

Can I bring my young child?
We operate a ‘babes in arms’ policy, meaning children under the age of two (2) will be admitted to Hampden Park free of charge if they are accompanied by an adult with a valid match ticket. The young child will however still require a ticket to sit on a parent/guardian’s knee during the game. A link to apply for U2 tickets will be added here in the coming weeks.

Matches are however extremely busy events with large crowds and loud music which may not be suitable for very young children.

My mobility has been affected since I bought my ticket. What if I’m physically unable to get to my seat?
If there is any change in your circumstances, please contact the Customer Services team as soon as you can and we will try to find a more suitable seat for your circumstances where possible, subject to availability.

What do I do if I find someone sitting in my seat with the same ticket, or if there’s a problem with my seat?
Contact your nearest steward; they are there to help you. We strongly encourage that any issues are brought to our attention on the day in order that we can resolve during your visit.
