Jack Shearer returns to the starting XV at loosehead having missed last Friday’s defeat to Australia.

Seb Stephen gets his first start of the campaign having been utilised off the bench against England and Australia.

Joe Roberts and Matthew Urwin both drop to the bench after starting the opening two tournament fixtures.
