Two of Ventisei’s team-mates from the 2023 gold-medal winning squad are also selected by Murray and his coaching team, as Matthew Urwin and Fergus Watson are named amongst the back-line options.
Kerr Yule joins the trio in the backs, after having been involved in both the U20 Six Nations and World Rugby U20 Trophy campaigns last year.
Up front, Oliver McKenna and Jake Shearer are named amongst the options at prop, the duo having both joined Glasgow Warriors’ senior academy in the summer of 2024.
Joe Roberts joins them in the front-row, the Aberdonian having impressed in training with the Glasgow Warriors senior squad to date in 2024/25.
Dan Halkon rounds out the Glasgow contingent, the second-rower set for his first experience of the U20 Six Nations after being part of the World Rugby U20 Trophy squad last summer.
The group consists of 19 forwards and 15 backs, and will get their championship underway at home to Italy U20 on Friday 31 January at Hive Stadium.
