Hooker Joe Roberts will once again captain the side, with fellow Warriors Ollie McKenna and Dan Halkon joining him in the starting pack. Jackson Rennie and Alex Bryden are named among the replacements.
Scotland U20 Head Coach Fergus Pringle has made three changes to the side that produced an impressive performance against New Zealand last time out.
Roberts retains the captaincy after scoring two tries against the Junior All Blacks, while McKenna continues at loose-head prop and Halkon starts in the second row.
Rennie and Bryden are included amongst the replacements as Scotland look to finish the pool stage on a high against a Japan side searching for their first victory of the tournament.
