50th Scotland Cap for Huw Jones, as 14 Warriors selected for Scotland v Uruguay

Scotland take on Uruguay in the final game of their Sky Scanner Americas Tour.

Huw Jones will reach his 50th Scotland cap on Saturday evening when he takes to the field against Uruguay in Montevideo.  Jones, who is also a vice-captain, will be partnering up with club-mate Stafford McDowall in the centre to start his 50th match.

Kyle Rowe and George Horne will also start for Scotland with Jamie Dobie, Adam Hastings and Kyle Steyn listed on the bench to complete the backs. Both Kyle Rowe and Kyle Steyn scored tries against Chile in last weekend’s match, with the former getting his first ever try for Scotland.

Five of the starting forwards are Glasgow Warrior players.  Max Williamson will earn his fourth cap with his second start. Rory Darge is once again named Captain for this weekend.  Rory Sutherland, Scott Cummings and Matt Fagerson will all start in the forward pack.

Murphy Walker and Gregor Brown are on the bench ready to take to the field as replacements for the forwards.

This is the final game of the Sky Scanner Americas Tour and Scotland aim to make it four wins from four following success over Canada, the USA and Chile.

The game will be shown live on TNT Sports 2, BBC Scotland channel and BBC iPlayer, with kick-off at 8pm (BST).
