(Photo by Ross MacDonald / SNS Group) One of Scotland’s best-loved DJs will be firing it up at Hampden Park ahead of our 1872 Cup clash with Edinburgh, with George Bowie confirmed as your pre-match entertainment.
Make sure you are in your seats ahead of kick-off to enjoy the music at 2.20pm from GBX.
The Scottish Rugby Store will be open and can be found at Lesser Hampden, just off Letherby Drive.
Pick up your replica shirts, hoodies, jackets and scarfs before heading into support your Warriors.
The Strathclyde University Cheerleading team will be performing at half time on the pitch. The multitalented athletes will be showing off their dance and gymnastic abilities to bring the hype between halves.
Exclusive only for the 1872 Cup game at Hampden, fans can purchase the limited Match Day Souvenir Programme.
The Match Day Programme containing exclusive interviews, photos and history about the cup will only be available on the day with all profits going to the Fighting For Our Families campaign in aid of Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity.
As part of our fundraising campaign, Fighting For Our Families, volunteers will be stationed around the stadium with buckets collecting money for the Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity.
The collection is in memory of Scotland International Siobhan Cattigan and her Legacy of Love campaign.
Following feedback from last year, there will be more food and drinks options available for fans on the day.
Level 3 South Stand
Splitting of drinks and food bars with additional kiosks open.
Level 4 North and East Stand
Additional drinks bars open.
Free flow movement between North and East concourse.
Additional food bars.
Volunteers will be present in the concourse to aid with directions to and from the East Street Food Market.
East Street Food Market
This will be the main location for food offerings on the day. A selection of local traders, similar to those at Scotstoun game days, will be present to serve you.
Please note, the East Street Food Market, will only be accessible from the East and North Stands.
Food on offer will include:
Level 5 North Stand
The four suites on level 5 will be open (Baird, Bell, Maxwell and Bain). These will each have a bar open in them.
All food kiosks within the Stadium, will be serving your Scotstoun favourites, including Warriors Pies.
Spectators in the middle sections of the North Stand will have a TIFO to take part in during the match. Information will be provided at your seat. Please do take part when instructed.
Visitors with additional support needs, can request our SP Energy Sensory Packs. There are six packs, which include ear defenders and a selection of colourful self-soothing toys to play with. Email our Community Manager, [email protected] to enquire further.
Join official supporters group the XVIth Warrior as they take the clubhouse from Scotstoun to Hampden ahead of our 1872 Cup fixture.
Bar 1867 in the JB McAlpine Pavilion at The city Stadium, just 15-yards from the turnstiles at the ground, will open at 12.30pm, with tickets costing only £10.
