Gregor Brown will make his return from injury in Belfast tomorrow night, after being selected in the Glasgow Warriors starting XV that will take on Ulster at Affidea Stadium tomorrow night.
The Scotland international takes his place in the second-row for the club’s final match of the 2025/26 regular season, one of three changes from the side that booked a home quarter-final in the BKT United Rugby Championship by beating Cardiff at Scotstoun last weekend.

Another of those changes comes in the front-row, as Nathan McBeth comes into the starting lineup to join Johnny Matthews and Zander Fagerson at the coal face.
Brown partners Alex Samuel in the second row, as he prepares for a first run-out since lining up for Scotland against Ireland in the final match of the 2026 Guinness Six Nations.
After an impressive outing in the second-row last Friday, Ally Miller shifts to blindside to accommodate Brown’s inclusion, as Matt Fagerson and Macenzzie Duncan complete the back-row trio.
An unchanged back-line sees George Horne and Dan Lancaster continue in the half-backs, the former having made an eye-catching return from injury last weekend.
Sione Tuipulotu and Stafford McDowall combine in the midfield, the centres paired together for the second successive outing in the BKT URC.
Kyle Steyn and Kyle Rowe line up once more on the wings after both men crossed the whitewash last time out, with Josh McKay starting at full-back to round out the starting XV.
The replacements see Rory Sutherland come into the matchday 23 for the visit to one of his former clubs, as the prop joins Gregor Hiddleston and Sam Talakai as the front-row cover.
Jare Oguntibeju wears the number 19 jersey once more, whilst Euan Ferrie could make his return from an injury sustained against the DHL Stormers after being selected alongside Sione Vailanu as the cover in the loose forwards.
Ben Afshar and Ollie Smith cover the back-line in a six-two split of forwards and backs, the latter having come off the bench at fly-half for the first time in a Glasgow jersey last time out.
Speaking following selection, Head Coach Franco Smith told glasgowwarriors.org: “Ulster are a quality team who will be desperate to make it into the playoffs and to continue their run of form ahead of the Challenge Cup final next week.
“We are pleased to welcome Gregor back into our matchday squad this weekend. He has worked hard with our medical and S&C teams to put himself in the best position possible, and he is eager to get back onto the field.
“We know that a strong challenge awaits us in Belfast tomorrow night, and it is a challenge we look forward to facing.”
