Jones to start second Test
Huw Jones is the sole Glasgow Warriors representative in the British & Irish Lions side that will run out in Melbourne this Saturday, as the touring squad look to make it back-to-back victories over Australia.
The centre retains the number 13 jersey for the clash, with the Lions having claimed a 27-19 win over the Wallabies in Brisbane last weekend to go 1-0 up in the Test series.
Jones – who has scored three tries on tour to date – was denied a Test try only by the Television Match Official, whilst his tally for tries and metres made with ball in hand are bettered only by Duhan van der Merwe.
Victory on Saturday would give the British & Irish Lions a first Test series victory since 2013, when a Warren Gatland-led squad claimed a 2-1 series win over the Wallabies.
Supporters can watch the match live on Sky Sports, with kick-off scheduled for 11am this Saturday.
