Edinburgh have had good form at home, having won all home games since their loss to Leinster in the opening round of the URC.
That being said, there is a notable difference between winning at the Hive and winning at Murrayfield.
Discussing previous 1872 Cup fixtures, in the last nine games Glasgow have only lost twice. One of these times was last year at Murrayfield when Edinburgh won by five points, but Glasgow retained the 1872 Cup.
This weekend, in front of record-breaking crowds at Murrayfield, Glasgow Warriors will be looking to once again show their URC winning form. Edinburgh will be looking to greatly improve on last weekend’s performance and put on a show for home fans. This game is certainly going to be one not to be missed.
