A chip through kick is collected by Connacht but quickly pounced upon by Glasgow.

The throw is good and Glasgow go fast but Connacht win the ball back and look to attack from deep.
The ball goes long into the Glasgow half and Steyno kicks the ball perfectly into the corner for a lineout.

As we approach the final minutes before half time. Connacht have the scrum once more, this time just inside the Warriors half.
They go fast, but George Horne reads the play and wins the penalty!
Glasgow’s attack is stopped as a tackle on Stafford forces a knock on.
Connacht will restart with the scrum just outside their 22 in the middle of the pitch.
A chasing back line break from Steyno sees Connacht stopped from an easy run in.
Glasgow defend hard and strong, eventually turning the ball over just metres from the try line.
Glasgow have a scrum on their own 22.
They go fast on the attack and Steyno breaks the lines.
The ball then goes forward as Rowe attempts to keep it in and Connacht now have the scrum in their 22.
Glasgow have the lineout in their own 22 after a kick downfield from Connacht goes out.
Connacht have been on the attack through several phases.
Glasgow eventually win the turnover in the own 22.
Johnny Matthews thinks he has scored but a TMO review disallows it for the maul breaking apart.
Connacht pick up a yellow card after an intentional foul from Illo in the middle of the pitch stopped the Glasgow attack off the scrum.

Glasgow have the first scrum of the game after an intentional obstruction by Connacht just into the Glasgow half.
After a long attacking set down along the Connacht line, it’s Patrick Schickerling who gets the ball down in the corner.

The throw is good and Glasgow look to push.
The hard works pays off and they are given the penalty and go to the corner once more.
Connacht power over the line as Prendergast touches down.
Conversion is successful to give them an early lead.

Connacht attacked hard from kick off and go straight for the line.
They are held up under the posts and Glasgow will kick out to clear.

Hello and welcome to tonight’s Match Centre for our BKT URC Quarter Final clash with Connacht.
Connacht will be kicking us off as we attack right to left in just under 30 minutes.
Glasgow Warriors will host a BKT United Rugby Championship quarter-final for the fourth successive season on Friday 29 May, kick-off 7.45pm at Scotstoun Stadium.
This match is NOT included with a 2025/26 Season Ticket and passes on the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App will NOT be active for this game.
Season Ticket Holders can now access a pre-sale window to purchase their season ticket seat(s) at a discounted price until 2pm on Monday 18 May. Please note, the discount is reflected in the ticket price during this window.
