Glasgow Warriors U23 produced a superb display in the Italian sunshine to record an impressive victory over Benetton U23 on Saturday morning, running in eight tries to earn a 52-20 triumph over their hosts.
A brace from Kerr Yule and tries from Richie Simpson, Macenzzie Duncan, Kerr Johnston, Johnny Ventisei, Ryan Burke and Jack Oliver saw the young Warriors put their opponents to the sword, with Simpson’s four conversions – for a personal haul of 13 points – and Matthew Urwin two completing the Glasgow scoring.
