Glasgow Warriors are inviting clubs and sponsors from across the city, the West of Scotland, and throughout Caledonia to join their Fighting for our Families fundraising campaign for the Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity.
This can be anything from an organised car wash, through fun days, to arranging sponsored walks, or any type of sports challenge, and everything in between.
Clubs and Sponsors are welcome to do this as individuals, collectively as one group, or by challenging different teams and departments to compete with each other to see who can raise the most money.

In 2023/24 Glasgow Warriors launched the Fighting for our Families campaign and raised £53,971 in its first year. The Club, along with rugby clubs, supporters and sponsors, raised more than double the amount of money for the children’s hospital than in each of the the six years of the partnership before that.
In the 2024/25 Season over £100,000 was raised.
Players, staff, coaches, supporters, and now clubs and sponsors are all invited to get involved with this campaign and help to break this fundraising target.
Clubs that sign up for Fighting for our Families, will receive the following incentives and resources:
There are no set activities, clubs can be as creative as they like. It could be as simple as organising a bake sale, or a pre-match fundraising lunch, or why not run a similar Purple match day where your team train in purple, wear purple tape and socks during their game and fans are encouraged to come along in purple and donate to the cause. Alternatively, you could drum up some competition and get your various teams from youth, men’s and women’s teams all running their own activities competing to raise the most money.
Importantly, we’d like for everyone taking part to sign up to the Fighting for our Families fundraising page so that we can track all the money, across the rugby community, that we’re raising for the hospital.
