Electric with ball in hand, Richie Simpson joined Glasgow Warriors on an initial partnership contract in the summer of 2023.
The fly-half burst onto the national scene in the 2023 U20 Six Nations, a series of assured displays in the number 10 jersey bringing him to the wider awareness of the Scottish rugby community.
A product of Ayr RFC, Simpson has impressed both for the Millbrae outfit’s club side and FOSROC Super Series franchise Ayrshire Bulls.
He has also linked up with future Glasgow team-mates Ben Afshar and Duncan Munn at U20 level, and has also played representative cricket during his youth.
