Ahead of this weekend’s EPCR Challenge Cup opener against Bath at The Rec (Saturday 10 December, kick-off 1pm), Glasgow Warriors can provide the following squad update:
Duncan Weir has re-joined the squad after recovering from a calf injury, whilst Sam Johnson continues his phased return to training.
Back-rower Jack Mann continues to train with the club ahead of this weekend’s match, having initially linked up with the squad in the first block of fixtures in the 2022/23 season.

Thompson will now begin his rehabilitation under the supervision of the club’s medical and strength and conditioning team with a view of returning to action in the New Year.

Scott Cummings (foot), Enrique Pieretto (chest), Allan Dell (calf), Thomas Gordon (calf) and Rory Darge (ankle) all continue their rehabilitation on their respective injuries.
