Squad provides festive cheer at Glasgow Children’s Hospital
The Glasgow Warriors squad visited the children at the Glasgow Children's Hospital this afternoon to give them flags and calendars ahead of Christmas.
The club announced a new partnership with the Charity in October and will support them with visits to the hospital, tickets for games and merchandise to help their fundraising, and will also provide social media support around their events and campaigns.
The Hospital charity’s vision is that all children and young people who are treated at the Royal Hospital for Children have the best care and experience possible. 168,000 babies, children and young people are treated at the hospital every year.
Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity sits firmly at the heart of the hospital, raising money to ensure that young patients and their families receive the best possible care.
The club are still accepting applications until the end of this month to become one of their official charities from next season, when they will support two charities, as well as continuing to support Scottish Rugby’s charity partners.
