Introduction
By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Scottish Rugby Limited trading as Glasgow Warriors.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition must be submitted by an entrant over 18 years of age and schools in the Glasgow area. Glasgow Warriors employees are excluded from the draw.
To enter the draw to win, we are looking for your school to send us a video of your best ‘Hampden Roar’. Each school must send in a video of your loudest cheers to drive the team towards victory.
We also ask, should you wish for your school to be involved in the squad announcement on the Hampden big screen, for a photo to also be included, with each class holding a large A3 piece of white paper.
Every school will be entered into the draw to win tickets. All video and photo entries should be sent to [email protected] before 12 noon on Wednesday 11th December
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
There is a limit of one entry per school and the competition is completely free to enter.
The Prize
The winning prize will be tickets to the upcoming Glasgow Warriors vs Edinburgh Rugby match at Hampden Park. The winning school shall indicate to Glasgow Warriors how many tickets it required and Glasgow Warriors shall use reasonable endeavours to provide the amount of tickets requested. All prizes will be subject to Glasgow Warriors’ standard ticketing terms and conditions.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Glasgow Warriors’ decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided on Friday 13th December 2024.
Glasgow Warriors will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.
If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 7 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Glasgow Warriors reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
Delivery of the Prize
The winner will allow 7 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Glasgow Warriors for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
Please note that each video and photo submitted will be played within the stadium on the night of the match and will be used across our social channels. Please ensure you have consent to use pupils’ images before entering them into the competition. If there are any restrictions on photo permissions for your pupils, please highlight this upon sending.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing [email protected].
If requested by Glasgow Warriors, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to any other competition participants.
The winners will be announced on Glasgow Warriors’ website and social media channels.
Limitation of Liability
Glasgow Warriors accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
Glasgow Warriors reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
