Glasgow Warriors to face Bath and Perpignan in Challenge Cup
Glasgow Warriors have been drawn to face Perpignan and Bath in the pool stages of the 2022/23 EPCR Challenge Cup, as the club competes in Pool A of the competition.
It will be the first time that the Warriors have entered the Challenge Cup at the pool stage since the 2006/07 season, having been knocked out by eventual champions Lyon in the quarter-finals last season.

Glasgow Warriors have never faced Perpignan in a competitive fixture, with former Glasgow prop Siua Halanukonuka part of a Catalan squad containing Argentinian international duo Martin Landajo and Jeronimo de la Fuente.
The Warriors and Bath, on the other hand, are familiar foes, having faced each other on eight previous occasions in European competition; a Richie Gray breakaway try gave the Warriors a memorable win over the English outfit at Firhill in 2011, whilst a Gregor Townsend-led squad earned a 37-10 win over Bath at Scotstoun back in 2014.
Former Glasgow prop D’arcy Rae will be returning to Scotstoun with his team-mates from Bath, along with Scotland internationals Cam Redpath and Josh Bayliss.
The teams will play home and away over four weekends in December and January, with exact fixture details and kick-off times to be confirmed in due course.
