Glasgow Warriors fixture changes for United Rugby Championship
Glasgow Warriors’ round five and seven fixtures in the United Rugby Championship against Leinster and Dragons respectively have been moved following an agreement between the tournament organisers, broadcasters, and the respective clubs.
The Leinster match will now be played on Friday 22 October at 7.35pm, giving the club its first Friday night game of the 2021/22 season. With this game already on sale, all ticket purchasers who are unable to attend due to the change of date, are entitled to a refund and have been contacted directly.
Meanwhile, the Dragons fixture will move to later in the day on Saturday 4 December. It will now be played at 7.35pm.
Glasgow Warriors Managing Director, Alastair Kellock, said: “Thank you to the United Rugby Championship, the broadcasters and clubs who have made these fixture changes possible. With these changes we can now offer our supporters a Friday night game in the opening rounds of the league – which will be a welcome addition to our schedule.”

- Round two: Dragons v Leinster, Sunday 3 October at 2pm (live on S4C, RTE, Premier Sports)
- Round five: Glasgow Warriors v Leinster, Friday 22 October at 7.35pm (live on Premier Sports & TG4)
- Round seven: Glasgow Warriors v Dragons, Saturday 4 December at 7.35pm (live on Premier Sports)
