For Glasgow, meanwhile, Jamie Dobie is set to make his 100th appearance tonight at the age of just 25, as he starts on the wing for Franco Smith’s squad.
Callum Reidy and Bayley Kuenzle could make their competitive debuts for the club off the bench, whilst Stafford McDowall captains the side from inside centre.
We start with tonight’s hosts, as Munster name summer signing Kieran Brookes at tight-head and the vastly experienced figure of JJ Hanrahan at fly-half amongst their starting XV.
Springbok hooker Marnus van der Merwe could make his Munster debut from the bench, whilst young fly-half Charlie O’Shea has caught the eye in pre-season and lines up in the 22 jersey.
