First 11 rounds of 2020/21 Guinness PRO14 confirmed
Glasgow Warriors will open the 2020/21 Guinness PRO14 season with a trip to Galway, after Danny Wilson’s squad was handed an away clash with Connacht in round one of the new campaign.

Wilson’s side will then
return to Scotstoun for their opening home match of the new campaign, as they
welcome the Scarlets to Glasgow’s west end on Sunday 11 October (kick-off
5.15pm). This match will
now be played behind closed doors.
After a weekend off to allow
for the Heineken Champions Cup and European Challenge Cup to conclude their
seasons, Glasgow return to Guinness PRO14 action with a trip to the Ospreys on
Saturday 24 October (kick-off 5.30pm).
The club will then break new
ground in round four, as defending champions Leinster visit Scotstoun for
Glasgow’s first Monday night fixture of the Guinness PRO14 era, creating an opportunity for
supporters to watch Guinness PRO14 Rugby in prime-time on a Monday night.
A trip to face Ulster in
Belfast seven days later (Monday 9 November, kick-off 8.15pm) is followed by a
home clash with the Dragons on Sunday 15 November (kick-off 6.30pm), with the
men from Newport the last team to visit Scotstoun in the shortened 2019/20
season.
The Warriors then welcome
Munster to Scotstoun on Monday 23 November (kick-off 8.15pm), before facing
Cardiff Blues on Sunday 29 November (kick-off 7.35pm) at Rodney Parade as a
result of Cardiff Arms Park currently serving as a field hospital.
With yesterday’s government announcement and the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, Glasgow Warriors and Scottish Rugby will continue
to review the guidance with the Scottish Government on supporter access to
games. We will aim to provide an update to supporters around the status
of the November fixtures in mid-October.
The competition has also confirmed that Glasgow Warriors and Edinburgh will face each other twice over the festive period on the weekends of 26/27 December and 2/3 January, before Wilson’s men travel to Italy to take on Benetton on the weekend of 9/10 January.
All matches will be shown
live on Premier Sports, with the remainder of the competition’s fixtures to be
confirmed in due course.
