FAQs | 2019/20 Guinness PRO14 Season

As a club, we thank our supporters for their patience in awaiting an update regarding their Season Ticket Memberships and match tickets for the remaining fixtures in the 2019/20 season.

The 2019/20 Guinness PRO14 season will restart with an abbreviated format in August and given present restrictions around mass events, any games are likely to be held behind closed doors.

More information about the remainder of the Guinness PRO14 season can be found HERE

Following this decision, the club have developed three options regarding Season Ticket Memberships and two options regarding Match Ticket(s) for the three missed home fixtures at Scotstoun Stadium:

To make the process as simple as possible, the Scottish Rugby Ticket Office will get in touch with the lead purchaser directly on Friday evening (19 June) on how to select their chosen option. The deadline to select the chosen option is Monday 6 July.

Season Ticket Members

  • Option One: Ticket Credit

A pro rata ticket credit to the value of the three home fixtures missed at Scotstoun Stadium in 2019/20 to be taken off a future Season Ticket Membership price. As an extra thank you for your continued support, we will increase this by around 10%.

  • Option Two: Contribution

To keep your Season Ticket Membership fee with the club as a contribution

This allows Glasgow Warriors to retain the income generated through season ticket membership sales, which will go towards the operating costs of the club and support the day to day running over the coming months.

If you choose this option, we thank you in advance. As a token of our appreciation we will record your name (as well as those for whom you purchased a membership) on a pitch side banner next to the tunnel at Scotstoun Stadium. You will also receive a video of thanks from Glasgow Warriors staff and players in due course.

  • Option Three: Refund

A pro rata refund to the value of the three home fixtures missed at Scotstoun Stadium in 2019/20.
