Club Statement – East Stand Roof
Glasgow Warriors can report the roof of the temporary East Stand at Scotstoun Stadium became detached earlier today.
The club responded immediately and alongside the stand supplier, Arena Seating, had staff on site to assess the situation and restore the venue to secure, operational use as quickly as possible.
Nobody was injured in the incident and Glasgow Warriors would like to apologise to the users of the facility for any inconvenience caused. A review into the circumstances of the incident is now underway.
