Warriors stars get behind Doddie Aid
Glasgow Warriors stars Adam Hastings and Zander Fagerson, plus club legends Kelly Brown and Al Kellock, have signed up for Team Glasgow as part of Doddie Aid – the inter-district activity challenge in aid of the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation established by Doddie Weir.
Competing against four other teams from the old Scottish
Inter-District championship – the South, Edinburgh, North & Midlands,
and Scottish Exiles – the Glasgow stars will be looking to notch up as many
miles of exercise as possible between January 1 and February 6 to help their District take home the crown.
Glasgow currently sit mid-table in the competition as the first week draws to a close, and need
the Warrior Nation’s support to push on and knock North & Midlands off the
top spot.
So #TeamGlasgow here is your Captain, it’s a big call but ??
Kelly needs you to head to https://t.co/1V0HUyMdy1 and sign up for Glasgow #doddieaid #MNDoddie5 #doddieweir #TeamGlasgow @AlastairKellock @kellydrbrown @Sports_EmmaD pic.twitter.com/bsFCRIpL2V

Glasgow District captain, Glasgow Warriors’ very own breakdown
and contact area coach, Kelly Brown said: “Doddie is an inspiration the
world over for the way he has handled being faced with the challenge of MND.
“The My Name’5 Doddie Foundation has raised an incredible amount of money to
fund MND research, and Doddie has shown unbelievable drive, determination, and
positivity to raise awareness of the condition.
“I’d encourage as many of the
Warrior Nation as possible to sign up for Doddie Aid, raise money and awareness
and ultimately show Doddie how much we all love him.”
