Supporters advised to allow extra time for journey to Scotstoun
Supporters attending tomorrow lunchtime's Heineken Champions Cup fixture between Glasgow Warriors and Sale Sharks at Scotstoun Stadium are advised to allow extra time for their journey to the stadium due to ongoing roadworks in the area surrounding the stadium.
A road closure due gas works means that there is no right turn from Victoria Park Drive South along Westland Drive. A diversion is in place, with regular
updates available at this address.
Supporters are reminded that they can claim their free bus ticket to and from matches at Scotstoun this season, courtesy of the club’s official partnership
with First Bus – simply download the First Glasgow mTickets app and enter the code from the match day ezine to book your free ticket.
Those travelling by train can take advantage of the stadium’s North West Gate, which is situated just a ten-minute walk from Scotstounhill Station.
Please note that there is no public parking available at Scotstoun on match days. Parking in areas surrounding Scotstoun is controlled by Glasgow City
Council, with parking enforcement officers monitoring the area. No parking is allowed on Danes Drive and the Scotstoun residential area without a permit on match day.
Taxis will begin arriving at the designated pick-up and drop-off point 15 minutes after the final whistle. Please note that no collections will be permitted
in the first 15 minutes after the end of each match.
