  • Bringing a Baby to the Game

    From ticketing Terms & Conditions

4.3 Children under the age of two (2) will be admitted to the Stadium for Matches free of charge if they are accompanied by an adult with a valid Ticket for the same Match. Children aged two (2) or over must have a valid Ticket and be accompanied by an adult with a valid Ticket for the same Match. Persons under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

    Bags

Larger bags are allowed for health reasons or for parents with supplies for young children. Bags may be searched when entering the venue.

    Bottles

Spectators required to bring a bottle/container on medical grounds or for young children should make themselves known to a steward upon arrival at the Stadium to have their bottle permitted.

Children’s drinks in sachets or cartons are allowed.

    Changing facilities

The Clubhouse which previously provided an indoor space for baby feeding is currently closed. Consequently, we do not have a dedicated feeding room at the stadium, however as an interim arrangement, baby feeding can be accommodated in the Main Stand reception changing spaces. Please speak to a steward at the South East Reception post, who will arrange access to Reception and a suitable changing area.

    Pushchairs

Scotstoun Stadium does not accept pushchairs on match days. You can leave this at the stadium reception when you arrive, where a member of the SP Energy Networks Scotstoun Squad will store it for you. You can then collect it here post-match.

  • Bag Policy

Bags small enough to fit under your seat are permitted.

There are no bag drop facilities.

The only exceptions for larger bags are those required for health reasons (including parents with young children). We assume no responsibility for bags in venue.

As all bags will be searched (medical and childcare exemptions apply) so allow plenty of time to get to your seats ahead of kick-off.

  • Drinks Decanting

We are obliged to follow Glasgow City Council licensing regulations delivered at all Glasgow sports events. Meaning all drinks served at our kiosks and food vans are decanted into cups.

During the off-season we asked Glasgow Life to request a dispensation for Scotstoun Stadium, to relax this rule and allow customers to keep soft drinks bottles. This request was then made to Glasgow City Council and its dedicated Safety Advisory Group (SAG). Ultimately, the request is to help reduce single-use plastic waste and to allow customers, notably those with additional support needs, to keep sealed plastic water and soft drinks bottles to make it easier to carry purchased drinks around the stadium. We had the support of the safety team from Glasgow Life at the Stadium but the request was declined by the SAG.

We must be clear that this is not a decision taken by the individual, independent food and drinks suppliers serving our customers on match day, therefore, we ask that these suppliers are shown respect in regard to this issue.

We will continue to work with Glasgow Life and the Council to try to find a suitable, more favourable solution in future.
