Enhancing our green credentials: Recycling at Scotstoun
As part of our 'Always A Warrior' campaign, Glasgow Warriors are committed to enhancing the club's green credentials.
Part of this commitment includes ensuring that the majority of food packaging at Scotstoun is compostable, as well as serving all drinks in compostable
cups or pint tumblers.
A network of colour-coded recycling bins is also in place across the stadium campus, making it quick and easy for you to recycle a wide variety of products
on matchday.
We’ve experienced a degree of cross-contamination in our recycling bins so far this season, so please take a moment to familiarise yourself with what
goes in each bin.
Use the green bin for all food waste, as well as all food and drink packaging at Scotstoun – only crisp packets cannot go in this bin.
Use the blue bin for dry mixed recyclable items, such as cardboard, paper, plastic water or juice bottles.
And use the black bin for general waste – if you’re in any doubt as to which bin to use, make sure to place your waste in this one to avoid
any contamination.
Supporters are also welcome to bring their own plastic re-useable bottles and eco-cups, provided that they are empty upon arrival.
Thank you for your support, and enjoy the game!
