Ben Afshar gives Warriors the second try of the afternoon to extend the lead! He was quick to spot a gap on the Irish defence line and takes advantage of it for those five points. Conversion successful by Duncan Weir
Glasgow are quick to counterattack to the visitors try. Opening up the play wide, Sebastian Cancelliere crosses the tryline for Warriors. Duncan Weir gets the extra points of the conversion.
Connacht’s n’12 David Hawkshaw manages to intercept a kick from Glasgow and scores the first try for the Irish side. Conversion unsuccessful.
The Irish team are being very persistent on the attack and try to always play on the Glasgow side. However, Henco Venter manages to turn the possession over for Warriors.
Glasgow takes advantage of the penalty from the visitors and decides to open up the score with a kick to posts. Duncan Weir gives Warriors the first three points.
Five minutes into the game and both sides are very steady on defence, Connacht make a handling error and give the scrum to Glasgow, the home side is looking to attack.
