Ulster clash to be broadcast LIVE!
Glasgow Warriors can confirm that The Famous Grouse Pre-Season Challenge against Ulster at Scotstoun this Saturday will be broadcast exclusively live on glasgowwarriors.org.
Supporters
around the world will be able to tune into a live, free-to-air broadcast from
2.20pm (UK time), as Dave Rennie’s men take on their counterparts from the
Kingspan Stadium for the second time in seven days.
BBC Scotland commentator Stuart McFarlane will be joined on the gantry by Glasgow Warriors
and Scotland winger Lee Jones for the match, which kicks off at 2.30pm.
The fixture
will be Glasgow’s final pre-season match ahead of the 2019/20 Guinness PRO14
campaign, with the Warriors facing the Toyota Cheetahs on Friday 27 September
in Bloemfontein to kick off the new season.
12 players
not involved in last weekend’s meeting in Belfast are set to be involved in
front of the Warrior Nation tomorrow, including Huw Jones, Callum Gibbins and
new arrival Andrew Davidson.
Saturday’s
fixture will also be a first outing for the new Macron home kit at Scotstoun,
which features the new club badge launched earlier this summer.
