Glasgow Warriors to support Glasgow NW Foodbank
Glasgow Warriors are calling on the Warrior Nation to make a difference once more this festive season, with the club, its players and its staff to support Glasgow NW Foodbank.
Supporters will be able to support those in need from the local community by giving select food items and toiletries at Scotstoun Stadium during the Heineken Champions Cup fixture against Exeter Chiefs on Saturday 18 December.
Volunteers and vans will be located in front of the South East entrance to the stadium on the night.
Glasgow Warriors forward, Kiran MacDonald, said: “It is such a great thing to support the local community, especially at this time of year.
“To be able to donate to Glasgow NW Foodbank and see how many people it can help is fantastic. The smallest of donations might not seem like much, however, it will go so far when everyone comes together.”
