Clan N.E.W.S: August 2023
As part of the first week back after the summer break, Glasgow Warriors Clans will be making visits to various rugby clubs on Wednesday 23 August.
The Clans are the driving force of community engagement for the club with each Clan being able to get involved with various activities and events throughout the season. The Clans are inclusive of all players and staff, which means at visits, a cross section of Glasgow Warriors will always be represented.
There are three club visits this week and one charity event which the Clans are involved in.
At the club visits Clans will be on hand to help out, take part in sessions, answer questions from aspiring players as well as taking photos and signing autographs.
Clan North will be visiting West of Scotland rugby club in Bearsden.
Clan East will be visiting Cartha Queens Park at Pollok Park.
Clan West will be visiting Allan Glen rugby club in Kirkintilloch.
Clan South will be taking part in the XVIth Warrior pub quiz in aid of Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity. The quiz is from 7pm on Thursday 24 August at the Old School House. The quiz is open to all. For more information and to get involved contact the XVIth Warrior on social media.
